Homeschool Fitness Classes
Co-Ed For Ages 6-16
This class is for homeschool families who want their children to take a class that focuses on physical fitness and coordination.
This class is designed to take the place of or supplement a homeschooled child’s physical education class. Students will work on overall fitness in a fun and educational group exercise class.
Participants must be at least 6 years old to join. No previous tumbling or gymnastics experience is required.
Exercise & Socialize
Our homeschool fitness class is a fantastic way for your child to have the opportunity to exercise and socialize with their peers in a safe, fun environment. They will focus on building endurance, flexibility, and strength as they participate in physical activity and team-building exercises.
This class combines basic gymnastics movements and themes designed to help your child develop necessary motor skills, build character, boost their confidence, and enjoy physical activity.
