From small children to adults, competitors, parents and spectators, rhythmic gymnastics gives people incredible feelings. As the premiere rhythmic gymnastics club of Idaho and the Inland Northwest, Lake City Gymnastics would like to share this amazing sport with you. This website provides information about meetings, participation, presentations and shows. It also gives an overview of the technical and legal requirements for participation in national and international competitions.
